I was born in São Paulo, Brazil. I graduated in Strategic Marketing and Management.

In 2014 I joined a multinational technology company specialising in Internet-related services and products, which included online advertising technologies, SEO and SEM, cloud computing, software and hardware.

There I started my journey in Marketing assisting and giving strategic and tactical support to companies, from small and medium-sized enterprises to giant companies such as Coca-Cola. I enjoyed helping advertising and marketing agencies, with a focus on Google services and advertising tools.

I have worked in an exciting fast-growing start-up environment, with a B2B International trade start-up working across four languages, B2Brazil.com. As the Marketing Manager, I found myself focused on international strategy for B2B companies. It is fantastic to see this organisation today with more than 50 direct employees, a talented management team who continue to innovate with creative ideas and ongoing market success.

Several years ago, I moved to Ireland to improve my knowledge of the English language and to have new challenges. It was a significant change in culture and language. I learned to love Ireland as a second home. I worked for some companies and projects here, which allowed me to meet incredible and admirable people along this path.

Today I can say that I had many mentors and that the list extends to several names. Not only professionally, but also personally.

When you leave your comfort zone, there are many things in the way that can be difficult; sometimes just out of fear of taking risks and sometimes because it is new. The new can often be scary!

You have to take care of your body and mind simultaneously. Always try to have a focus, whatever it may be. Sometimes you might want to change it up a bit, and that's okay. After all, this is a natural thing in life. We are continually changing; life-style, habits, thoughts, and beliefs.

Amid many projects, I am passionate about The Global Interview, which I love. A real growing "community" of people, some you may know and others you may not have been heard of before. People we feature at The Global Interview have so much to share, experiences, learnings, mistakes and successes.

We must not walk in the dark! There is already so many who have experienced challenges and stuck firmly to their goals and dreams. Some may be familiar (or similar) to your journey, others can inspire and motivate or share another point of view. How could I not to fall in love with this important community? 🤔😍

Today the internet is more than just a tool for work and research. It is a world immersed within it, where you can find any content, from "How to do X Y Z?" or even people who have the same dream as you and who are willing to share their successes and mistakes. I love it!

The Global Interview for me is the whole world, a community of people who have a lot of knowledge, a lot of ideas, and a lot of stories. (People just like me, and like you.) We have such a fantastic mix of creatives, leaders, and thinkers so far, and each new season is a tremendous experience. There is something magical spending time with people who sought their dreams and are happy living in them.

Of course, there will be rocks in the way that sometimes make the route more turbulent and challenging or confusing, but you are not alone. Difficulties make us stronger and more courageous to follow what will be ahead.

Sometimes, I get emotional with some of the stories I read here, but when I get to the end of them, it is like watching an ending; a happy ending. I believe that happiness is relative, as well as success. Each one of us has a way of seeing what makes us happy, and within this context, what our success is.

I'm very proud that we're completing a whole year here at The Global Interview. It's has been an enriching project. We have interviewed well over sixty people in our first year, people with genuine passion, people that have fears, but who also have the courage to help us make this world a slightly better place one interview at a time.

Today we are going through a very challenging time, which when watching and listening to mainstream media can make some people anxious, and leave us a little apprehensive about the future. The truth is that we need to look at this moment in time and take away the good things that come with it.

Hosting video calls with people we love, the comfort of working inside our homes, caring for the elderly or people at risk, the impact of less traffic, and pollution. Sometimes we can overlook the good things if we do not search them out.

Everything we are experiencing today will eventually pass; most of us will be fine. In the future, new generations will want to understand the history of this moment in time. What was it like to live in 2020? Many of the questions will be "What did I learn from all this? Did I do my best during this period? Did I look after others? What role did you play?”

Keep safe and best wishes to you all!
