It was through her collaboration with the CEO of Metacampus, Pere Pérez Ninou, producing VR films for education and social care, that Alison became invited to join the venture. Pere recognised the need for someone deeply understanding people services to anchor the team's focus on equity and inclusivity.

She firmly believes that the products and technologies developed in these spaces should be accessible to all, regardless of their educational background or available resources.
