Michelle is the Founder & Managing Director of A Better Work, helping to unlock the human potential within organisations. A Better Work uses science-based, data-driven approaches, proven strengths-based methodology, and appreciative enquiry. Michelle helps to bring to the surface the culture, inclusion, diversity, engagement, strategy, and leadership plans needed so an organisation can reach its maximum potential.

Michelle is the Head of Operations at Host in Ireland, an initiative representing 51 data centres and related providers of services and products that demonstrate world-class excellence. These businesses are part of the foundation in Ireland for both Foreign Direct Investment and the growth of indigenous technology success stories.

She is a Partner at Kennedy Insights and helps to work with aspiring businesses to develop a clear strategic direction, implement critical changes and assist in designing processes that can lead to improved performance.
