Peter Benei

Peter Benei has a successful track record in the enterprise world, specifically the advertising industry. He served as an agency executive for Fortune 500 brands in London and CEE. In 2014, Peter switched to focusing only on helping growing companies as a remote CMO.

Peter knows first-hand about becoming burned out and working in toxic or poorly optimised environments, and he has witnessed the same patterns repeating themselves. Peter changed his focus first, stopping working for others and starting working with consulting clients. He has scaled and managed remote teams from 5 to 50 and helped remote businesses to go from idea to fundraising as a CMO/COO.

His mission is to transform 10,000 managers into remote leaders through training and mentorship. Peter is a veteran marketing & growth leadership consultant focusing on remote-first operations. He specialises in supporting remote managers to become better remote leaders with a customised group training program. Peter also provides consulting services for growing companies as a CMO, mentor, and advocate.

Peter wrote a book on remote and asynchronous leadership. This book is a leadership manual for those who want to be more efficient, productive, and inspiring leaders of remote companies. Asynchronous work is the next step in the remote work journey. People who work at asynchronous companies can perform not just regardless of their location but also of their time.

Creating an environment that facilitates time-independent work is a massive challenge for leaders. Getting people aligned, measuring their performance, and tracking the results of their work while collaborating to solve bottlenecks is more challenging than ever.

As a remote leader for the last decade, Peter shares his knowledge on how to meet this challenge.
